## New Psionic Feat ### Wild Talent *Prerequisite: Intelligence 13 or higher* ___ Your latent power of psionics flares to life. You learn one Discipline and gain 2 power points. Unless you have the Psionics class feature, you lack a Psychic Focus and have a Psi limit of 1. Intelligence is your psionic ability for your psionic disciplines. You use your Intelligence modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a psionic discipline or when making an attack roll with one. ## New Psionic Discipline #### Crystallized Intelligence *Awakened Discipline* ___ You can mold your mental energy into an independent physical form. This manifests as glowing crystalline structures, sensitive to your psychic will. ***Psychic Focus.*** While focused on this discipline you are accompanied by a psicrystal, a small glowing crystal about the size of your hand that hovers around your head. Your psicrystal acts independently of you, but it always obeys your commands. In combat, it rolls its own initiative and acts on its own turn. A psicrystal can’t attack, but it can take other actions as normal. When the psicrystal drops to 0 hit points your psychic focus immediately ends, and you can’t use it until you finish a short or long rest. If you cease focusing on this discipline the psicrystal disappears, leaving behind no physical form. Additionally, as an action, you can see what your psicrystal sees and hear what it hears until the start of your next turn. During this time, you are deaf and blind with regard to your own senses. Finally, when you manifest a power with a range of touch, your psicrystal can deliver the power as if it had manifested it. Your psicrystal must be within 100 feet of you, and it must use its reaction to deliver the discipline when you manifest it. If the discipline requires an attack roll, you use your attack modifier for the roll. ***Crystal Shard (1-7 psi).*** You propel razor-sharp crystal shards at your target. Each creature in a 15-foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 2d4 slashing damage for each psi point spent on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. ***Astral Figment (5 psi; conc., 1 hr.)*** You create either a small or medium construct of solidified ectoplasm that appears in an unoccupied space that you can see. An Astral Figment is a Psicrystal with AC, hit points, attacks, Strength, and Dexterity determined by its size. The construct takes a bipedal shape as imagined by the psion when it is created, though its statistics are the same in any form. As a bonus action, you can mentally command the figment if it is within 100 feet of you. You decide what action it will take and where it will move during its next turn, or you can issue a general command, such as to guard a particular chamber or corridor. If you issue no commands, the creature only defends itself against hostile creatures. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is restrained as its flesh begins to harden. A creature restrained by this effect must make another Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If it successfully saves against this power three times, the effect ends. If it fails saves three times, it is turned to crystal and petrified for the duration. The successes and failures don’t need to be consecutive; keep track of both until the target collects three of a kind. If the creature is physically broken while petrified, it suffers from similar deformities if it reverts to its original state.
