Time Stop(1/Day). Spell. The Wizard of Time casts Time Stop without expending a spell slot
Recall(1/Day.) Reaction After taking damage The Wizard of Time can use their reaction to rewind time for themself, so that no damage was dealt.
Time Break. Concentration The Wizard of Time points at a target. The target must make a DC 21 wisdom saving throw or be stuck in time. While stuck in time a creature cannot take any action and is considered restrained. The saving throw can be repeated at the end of the creature's turn. Having any damage dealt to the creature ends the Time Break.
Legendary Actions
The Wizard of Time can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. Cantrip. The wizard of time casts a cantrip.
Arcane Recovery(2/Day). The Wizard of Time regains two 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level spell slots or one 4th, 5th, 6th, or 7th level
Fireball.(Costs 3 actions) The Wizard of Time casts Fireball at 3rd level.
