The Dragoon
A Dragoon devotes itself to the study and embodiment of dragons, turning gravity into a powerful ally as they harness it to empower their falling strikes. Dragoons build powerful muscle throughout their bodies, enhancing their training and strength through a learned or inherent understanding of the dragons that they emulate. By crashing down upon their foes, Dragoons become devastating warriors.
Launch
Starting at 3rd level, your natural jumping ability can be focused and amplified. When you call upon this ability, you can momentarily triple your normal Jump Height without requiring any initial movement to reach your full height. On a turn when you jump in this way, your legs are able to absorb and nullify any falling damage you'd have incurred.
Outside of the stress of combat, your jump distance is also tripled when using this ability.
You may call upon this ability a number of times equal to your Strength modifier. You regain all uses when you finish a long rest.
Dragon Dive
Also at 3rd level, your understanding of dragons lets you know how to strike from above. While you are falling, you can use your attack action to to strike down at a creature within your reach. The first successful melee weapon attack you make in this way on your turn deals an additional 1d6 weapon damage for every ten feet that you fallen (up to 50 feet).
At 7th level, bonus damage dice turn into d8s. At 15th level, they become d10s.
Predatory Insticts
Beginning at 7th level, your Dragon Dives become more instinctive, allowing you to quickly adjust your strikes mid-fall. Once per long rest, you are able to reroll an attack made during a Dive. If you do so, you must use the new roll.
You can do this twice between long rests starting at 10th level, and three times at 15th level.
Keen Dive
At 10th level, you can see clearly from above while performing a Dragon Dive, allowing your first successful melee attack while falling to score a critical hit on a roll of 18, 19, or 20.
In addition, you may use your reaction to halve any fall damage you take on a turn where you didn't use your Launch ability.
Titan's Bane
You have learned how to pinpoint the vital areas of large creatures while falling. Starting at 15th level, your Dragon Dives have advantage on creatures of Large size or bigger.
Draconic Meteor
Beginning at 18th level, your mastery over the skies is unparalleled. When you land on the ground following a Dragon Dive, your impact sends out a shockwave of force. When you create an impact in this way, creatures adjacent to you must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take a number of d6's of force damage equal to however many tens of feet you fell. The saving throw for this damage is equal to:
