School of Bureaucracy
Wizards of the school of bureaucracy are intent on keeping the rules and order of all magic users. Most of their time outside of adventuring and studying magic is spent filling out forms and creating official documents for magic use. They refer to themselves as documancers, and they use their skills to enforce strict limits on the use of magic. Many bureaucracy wizards work for a branch of a wizarding bureau created to impose order and organization on magic.
Bureaucracy Savant
2nd-level school of bureaucracy feature
When you copy a spell into your spellbook, you can magically summon a long list of forms to fill out, which the detail the specifics of the scroll and how you attained it. If you do, the time required to copy the spell into your spellbook is doubled and the gold required is reduced to half of the normal cost.
Bureau Vocation
2nd-level school of bureaucracy feature
When you roll one or more dice to deal damage with a spell of 1st-level or higher on your turn, you can request a wizarding bureau for extra magical influence on the spell. If you do, you can reroll a number of the dice equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of one) and use either result of your choice for each dice rerolled.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of once) and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Request for Arcana
6th-level school of bureaucracy feature
You can cast one spell from your spellbook that you don’t have prepared using a spell slot. When you cast a spell this way, the casting time of the spell is increased by 1 minute, as you have to fill out paperwork detailing why you are using the spell and why you don't have it prepared.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Unbroken Focus
10th-level school of bureaucracy feature
You are so focused that nothing can distract you. When you make a saving throw to maintain concentration on a spell, you can use your reaction to add half your Intelligence modifier, rounded up, to the result.
Form Fill
14th-level school of bureaucracy feature
When a creature within 60 feet of you that you can see casts a spell or uses a magical effect, you can use your reaction to summon a form for the creature to fill out detailing why it is using that magic. The target must succeed on an Intelligence saving throw against your spell save DC, or the spell or effect fails and has no effect. Any spell slot or use the target used is still expended. A creature that can't read at least one language automatically fails its save.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
