Dragonlord's Regalia
Ancient artifacts forged by the Draconborn blacksmith Vorales, born of the scales of Bahamut and the fangs of Tiamat. These were gifts to Dragon Tyrant Keiren, before his fall from grace.
The Immortal Morphing Fang
Weapon, legendary (requires attunement)
This weapon is made out of shards of shards of Tiamat's fangs, one from each of her five heads. It has a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls, and has five forms, one based on each head, which it can change as a bonus action.
Black. The weapon is a glaive, and deals an additional 2d6 acid damage.
Blue. The weapon is a rapier, and deals an additional 2d6 lightning damage.
Green. The weapon is a dagger, and deals an additional 2d6 poison damage.
Red. The weapon is a longsword, and deals an additional 2d6 fire damage.
White. The weapon is a battleaxe, and deals an additional 2d6 cold damage.
Additionally, the weapon has the following special properties:
Tiamat's Wrath. Bonus damage dealt by this weapon's different forms ignore resistance to damage types, and treat immunity to those types as resistance.
Storm of the Dragon Queen. As an action, you can form a storm of destructive energy that lasts up to one minute, which you must keep concentration on, as if concentrating on a spell. The storm is a 20-foot radius sphere centered on yourself, and when a creature other than yourself starts its turn in the storm, it takes 2d10 damage of the same type as the bonus damage dealt by your currently active weapon form. This property recharges at the start of the next dawn.
The Undying Platina Mail
Armor (plate mail), legendary (requires attunement)
This armor is made out of Bahamut's scales, forged together to create an unbreakable plate mail with a long flowing cape on its back. It grants you a +3 bonus to your armor class, and has the following special properties:
Retracting Crest. As an action, you can retract the plate mail into a crest attached to your chest, or back into its armor form. While it's a crest, it weighs only a single pound and is Tiny sized, but does not grant any of its benefits.
Bahamut's Defense. As a bonus action, you can either form a magical shield in your free hand, or cause it to dissipate again. This shield cannot be disarmed from you by any means.
Winged Cape. As an action, you can change the cape on this armor into wings, granting you 60 feet of flying speed for the next 10 minutes. This property recharges at the start of the next dawn.
Platinum Charges. You have 3 platinum charges. You can expend one charge as an action to gain immunity to one damage type from any of the following for the next minute: acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison.
Alternatively, you can expend 2 charges to create a burst of radiant light centered on yourself, forcing all creatures within 20 feet of yourself that can see you to succeed on a DC 19 Constitution saving throw, or be blinded for the next minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
You regain all expended charges at the end of a long rest.
