You can now once per long rest streak across the world to a specific destination of your choice. This ability functions like casting the Teleport spell, except that you need to be outside to use it. Make a ranged spell attack against one creature you can see. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 radiant damage, and its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the end of its next turn.
