# The Grenish The Grenish are a race of plant creatures. They live in a highly structured society. According to the Grenish, they were created by the gods from pieces of a great tree. The Grenish are tight lipped about the trees supposed location. Wither they don't know or won't tell is anyone's guess. ### The Grenish Language The Grenish communicate via scents they release. Anyone who wishes to speak Genish who is not part of the race needs a variety of perfumes and a keen nose. ## Terrunts The Terrunts (often called runts) are the most common variety of the Grenish, and fill the lowest caste of Grenish society, filling roles in resource gathering. Many Terrunts live underground, as they do not require sunlight. Terrunts very thin and wirey and have a woody texture to their skin. ### Terrunt Traits As a Terrunts the following racial traits. ***Ability score increase*** Your Dexterity increases by 2 and Strength is increased by 1. ***Age*** Terrunts grow to maturity around 10 years and live to the age of 60. ***Alignment*** Terrunts live in a very structured society and tend toward lawful alignments. ***Size*** Terrunts are on average 5 feet tall. Your size is medium. ***Speed*** Your speed is 30 feet. ***Languages*** You speak Grenish and Common. ***Darkvision*** The Terrunts live primarily underground. Your darkvision has a radius of 120 feet. ***Synthesis*** You do not need to eat if you spend at least 6 hours absorbing nutrients from the earth. (These can happen at the same or different times) ***Thin Frame*** You are able to comfortably fit through gaps 6 inches wide, and you have advantage on checks and saving throws against effects that restrain you. ***Grenish Biology*** You can emanate harmless smells that are detectable for up to 10 feet away from you. ## Corr The Corr are hulking barky masses. Their strength and durability make them formitable fighters. While the Corr enjoy a higher status than the Terrunts, they are regarded as fairly stupid by the rest of the Grenish. ### Corr Traits As a Corr the following racial traits. ***Ability score increase*** Your Constitution increases by 2 and Strength is increased by 2. ***Age*** Corr grow to maturity around 20 years and live up to 1000 years, however their place of the front lines of the armies of the Grenish means they rarely live that long. ***Alignment*** Corr live in a very structured society and tend toward lawful alignments. ***Size*** Corr are on average 8 feet tall. Your size is medium. ***Speed*** Your speed is 30 feet. ***Languages*** You speak Grenish and Common. ***Photosynthesis*** You do not need to eat if you spend at least 6 hours a day in direct sunlight and at least 6 hours absorbing nutrients from the earth. (These can happen at the same or different times). ***Athletic*** You are proficient in Athletics. ***Rooted*** You have advantage on Strength, Constitution, and Dexterity saving throws against forced movement. ***Rapid Growth*** Starting at 3rd level you may cast *Enlarge/Reduce* spell on yourself, selecting the enlarge option. ***Grenish Biology*** You can emanate harmless smells that are detectable for up to 10 feet away from you. ## Stichents Stichents (often called "Thorns") make up the military caste of the Grenish society. The Stichents have plated green hide that is spined on the edges. ### Stichent Traits As a Stichent the following racial traits. ***Ability score increase*** Your Strength increases by 2 and Intelligence is increased by 1. ***Age*** Stichents grow to maturity around 15 years and live to the age of 100. ***Alignment*** Stichents live in a very structured society and tend toward lawful alignments. ***Size*** Stichents are on average 6 feet tall. Your size is medium. ***Speed*** Your speed is 30 feet. ***Languages*** You speak Grenish and Common. ***Darkvision*** The Stichents have keen eyesight, You have darkvision for up to 30 feet. ***Photosynthesis*** You do not need to eat if you spend at least 6 hours a day in direct sunlight and at least 6 hours absorbing nutrients from the earth. (These can happen at the same or different times). ***Athletic*** You are proficient in Athletics. ***Spined Hide*** Your spines make your unarmed strikes deal 1d4 piercing damage. At the start of each of your turns you deal 1d4 piercing damage to any creature grappling you or any creature grappled by you. ***Thron Whip*** You can cast the *Thorn Whip* cantrip, using intelligence as your spellcasting ability. ***Storage*** You can store up to a weeks worth of food and water within your body. Any day you do not eat and/or drink you consume one days worth of food and do not gain a point of exhaustion due to starvation or dehydration. You can recharge this ability by eating and drinking. ***Grenish Biology*** You can emanate harmless smells that are detectable for up to 10 feet away from you. \pagebreakNum ## Florals Florals are the leaders and diplomats of the Grenish. They are the highest caste of the Grenish that outsiders intereact with. The only higher caste is the mysterious Heartwood, which are not known by outsiders. ### Florals Traits As a Florals the following racial traits. ***Ability score increase*** Your Wisdom increases by 2 and Charisma is increased by 1. ***Age*** Florals grow to maturity around 15 years and live to the age of 100. ***Alignment*** Florals live in a very structured society and tend toward lawful alignments. ***Size*** Florals are on average 6 feet tall. Your size is medium. ***Speed*** Your speed is 30 feet. ***Languages*** You speak Grenish, Common, and one other language. ***Photosynthesis*** You do not need to eat if you spend at least 6 hours a day in direct sunlight and at least 6 hours absorbing nutrients from the earth. (These can happen at the same or different times). ***Floral Training*** You are proficient in Nature and Diplomacy. ***Floral Magic*** You know the *Druidcraft* cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the *Barkskin* spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the* Commune Wtih Plants* spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells. ***Grenish Biology*** You can emanate harmless smells that are detectable for up to 10 feet away from you.
