You begin to shout nonsensically and dance around wildly. Each creature within range other than you, must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be forced to make DC 11 concentration check.
The spells concentration check DC increases by 1 when you reach 5th level (DC 12), 11th level (DC 13), and 17th level (DC14).

You charge yourself with a burst of raw chaotic energy and attempt to disrupt the finely tuned balance of another creature spell. Make a melee spell attack against one creature within 5 feet of you that is concentrating on a spell. On a hit, the you and the target take force damage equal to the level of the spell they are concentrating on and must make a Constitution saving throw or lose concentration.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th level, the creature cannot concentration on a spell until the end of your next turn. When you cast this spell at 7th level or higher, the creature cannot concentrate for 1 minute or until it uses its action to succeed on Constitution saving throw.
Distracting Barrage

You sow distracting thoughts into the mind of one creature you can see before attempting to unleash a series of small psychic blasts to further attack their focus. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on concentration checks until the end of your next turn. Save or failure, you make 3 ranged spell attacks against the creature. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 psychic damage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you create one additional psychic blast for each slot above 3rd.
