# Fey Bloodline Your innate magic comes from your connection to the Feywild, the home of the fair-folk. Maybe some of your ancestors was of faerie nature, maybe you received it as a boon because of a past deed, or some chaotic and vibrant energy from the plane of unearthly beauty and eternal twilight escaped through a rift in reality and infused your being with new powers. Whatever the source, the fairy magic that courses through your veins gives you a knack for controlling the primal emotions of fear and wonder, and also become more attuned with the fey themselves. ### Court Protege When you choose this origin at level 1, choose between the Seelie or Unseelie Court. Your election is used by features you gain later. You learn how to speak, read and write Sylvan. Additionally, whenever you make a Charisma check while interacting with a Fey creature, your proficiency bonus is doubled. ### Through the Veil Also at 1st level, you learn to travail through the fine veil of reality, using the hidden paths the fair-folk uses to travel. As an action, you can choose to teleport to an unoccupied space that you can see within 60 feet of you. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest. When you reach the 14th level, you can use this feature as a bonus action. ### Blood of the Two Courts When you reach the 6th level, your election between the Seelie or Unseelie court gives you a certain benefit. You gain resistance to fire damage (if you choose the Seelie Court) or to cold damage (if you choose the Unseelie Court). ### Blessings of the Feywild At 6th level, the innate beguiling presence of the fey taught you how to interrupt any sense of fear or wonder at your vicinity. As an action, you can expend 1 Sorcery Point to immediately end any charm and/or fear effects on a 10-foot radius from yourself. \columnbreak
### Cocoon of Rebirth Beginning at 14th level, the faerie magic that courses through your veins lets you mold the fabrics of reality itself. As a reaction when you take damage, you can surround yourself with a cocoon made of a fine but sturdy fabric of fey origins. Immediately after you take the damage, your speed is reduced to 0, you are incapacitated, and you gain immunity to all damage. The cocoon have the following statics: AC 10, hit points equal to your sorcerer level, and resistance to all damage except one dealt with cold iron weapons. At the end of your next turn, the cocoon disintegrates away and you automatically regain a number of hit points equal to double your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1). If the cocoon is destroyed before your next turn, all the effects disappear, and you don't regain any hit point. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest. ### Faerie Metamorphosis When you reach the 18th level, you suffer a metamorphosis, triggered by your fey ancestry. As a bonus action, ethereal, dragonfly-like wings sprout from your back, giving you a flying speed of 60 feet. They last until you dismiss them with a bonus action. Additionally, you gain immunity to fear and charm effects, and resistance to radiant damage (if you choose the Seelie Court) or necrotic damage (if you choose the Unseelie Court). \pagebreak
