The sword shimmers and sings as trails of light fall from every swing. Your faith seems bolstered by the mere sight of this weapon, as if it were a gift from the gods. Inspection further reveals that one edge of the blade is silvered.
Long before traveling to Barovia, Morgraine was a just and righteous Paladin. Despite his youth, he proved a masterful tactician and a composed yet ferocious warrior. There are those that noticed a change in him however, on the fateful day he fell to the minions of Strahd, and High Inquisitor Whitemane resurrected him.
Attacks with this two-handed weapon deal 2d6 slashing damage. You may use a bonus action to speak the swords word of power, causing the blade to glow with radiant energy, dealing an additional 1d4 radiant damage. As a bonus action you can use this weapon to cast 'Guiding Bolt'. Once this spell has been used, the blade cannot be made to glow until it has been re-blessed at a holy alter.
