Oath of Justice

Those who take this oath pledge themselves to uphold respect and treat all life as an equal. Taking a life is sometimes necessary to purge the corruption out of a being. These Paladins are the definition of an Impartial judge. They seek a perfect world where fairness and justice are the pinnacle. They seek to rid the biases and corruption people have, no matter what means it takes.

Tenets of equality


  • Equality: All life is equal in your eyes, and all walks of life should be respected.
  • Law of the land: Nobody is above the law, including yourself or your superiors.
  • Resist the corruption: Corruption and personal biases caused people to be killed or incarcerated on false pretences, you must resist that corruption to become a truly perfect defender of justice.
  • Mercey before death: Despite all the corruption in life a creature has endured, Their death must be revered and prayed upon to resist corruption in the afterlife.

Channel Divinity

  • Heal the impurity: Those who have been hurt or corrupted can be healed. Once per day you can present your holy symbol and utter a prayer, this removes any curse or illness that might be afflicting the person. For the next hour that person eminate's dim light 5ft in all directions and has advantage of wisdom saving throws

  • Behold the truth: Your Time in prayer has allowed you to see the truth. You can spend you channel divinity to gain 20ft of truesight for 1 hour or until you are knocked unconscious. Additionally if you do find something effected by your truesight, dispell magic is automatically cast, at 3rd level, without use of your spell slots. this effect ends when your truesight does.

Aura of Mercy

If a friendly creature within 10ft of you falls unconscious, they have advantage on their death saving throws. This expands to 30ft at 18th level.

Incorruptable Vestage

Your time in prayer has blessed you with the strength of spirit and mind to resist the evil corruption of the world. You gain advantage against spell attacks and saving throws against spells. You also have the advantage on checks against being persuaded, deceived, intimidated or charmed.

Impartial executioner

Your devotion to the cause of equality allows you to prove yourself a perfect judge, jury, and executioner of those who seek superiority. Once per long rest, you are imbued with holy light for the next minute you gain the following effects:

  • When an enemy enters your aura they have to make a Charisma saving throw or become frightened of you. They must spend their turn moving as far away as possible. If they end their turn within your aura, after failing the save they will take 3d8 force damage for every subsequent turn they spend within your aura. DC= 8 + Proficency bonus + Charisma bonus (to a maximum of +5).

  • You gain 120ft of truesight

  • All allies who have been cursed or have any active negative effects are suspended, while in your aura
