Creations of the Clause
The moment the vile Kringle's armies take over a city, they first build a great structure they call "The Ovens". It is here where the elves work to make the Gingerbread Men, the strong arm of the Christmas armies.
The secret ingredient for the Gingerbread Men is human bodies, captured civilians and prisoners of war are cooked into the magic batter made by Mrs. Clause.
Forces of Christmas Fear
The Gingerbread Men are near unstoppable. While not immune to mundane weapons like their Elf creators they possess an awesome strength and mindless determination. Lone Gingerbread men have been seen destroying entire squads of soldiers, and even wrestling tanks to the ground.
Forgotten Vestige of Humanity
The Gingerbread Men were made from the Magic Batter, and Human Beings, and little remains of the Human aside from the soul. Soldiers clearing a battlefield after one of the few Human victories have reported hearing sobs coming from the Fallen Gingerbread, strewn about in broken pieces.
Even rarer are the reports of Gingerbread Men speaking; no more than a few mumbled words, but words none the less. Talk of these intelligent Gingerbread Men have even spread hope that the "Baking", as it has come to be called, can be reversed.

Actions
Multiattack. The Gingerbread Man makes three Slam attacks
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, Reach 10ft, one target. Hit: 4D8 + 8 Bludgeoning damage
Gumdrop Buttons (3/Day). The Gingerbread Man peels one of its Gumdrop Buttons from its chest and throws it at a point it can see within 30ft of the Gingerbread Man. All creatures within a 20ft radius of the point must make a DC 17 Constitution Saving Throw. On a failure each creature takes 8D6 Fire Damage, or half as much on a success. Additionally, each creature who failed their save is restrained until they spend their action to remake the Saving Throw, ending the condition on a success.
