Gingerbread Dragon
"The judges at the Great Neverwinter Bake Off asked for a show stopper..."
" - The Muffin Man."
A gingerbread dragon isn't actually a dragon, but a gingerbread biscuit baked in the shape of a dragon, and given false life with magic. It requires a great deal of commitment, needing a vast quantity of ingredients, and a special over-sized oven to bake, as the magic can't work if it is baked in parts and then constructed (though the result are only a little less impressive).
It lacks the ability to fly, despite its decorative wings, though in almost all other aspects it behaves similarly to a dragon. Somehow, in its enchantment, it has developed the ability to break down its individual ingredients and expel them in a mockery of a real dragon's breath weapons, shooting sticky melted sugar or clouds of spicy cinnamon from its mouth.
Constructed Nature. A gingerbread dragon doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.

Actions
Multiattack. The dragon can use its Calming Aroma. It then makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Calming Aroma. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and can smell it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed for 1 minute. While charmed in this way, a creature must spend its action doing nothing but breathing in the delightful aroma of gingerbread exuding from the dragon. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Calming Aroma for the next 24 hours.
Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.
Spicy Cinnamon Breath. The dragon exhales a cloud of spicy cinnamon powder in a 30-foot cone. Each
creature in thhat area must succeed on a DC 13
Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1
minute. If a creature fails its saving throw by 5 or
more it is also poisoned for 1 hour. A creature can
repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its
turns, ending the blinded effect on itself on a
success.
Icing Sugar Breath. The dragon spits icing sugar in a
60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in
that line must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw
or have its speed halved and be unable to take
reactions for 1 minute. The creature or another
creature within 5 feet of it can spend its action
wiping off the icing sugar to end this effect.
