Face Palm & Face Plant

False Appearance. While the face palm remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary tree.

Mimicry. The face palm can mimic any sounds it has heard, including voices. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 14 Wisdom (Insight) check.

Multiple Heads. The face palm has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.

Actions

Multiattack. The face palm makes two talon attacks.

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage.

Illusory Appearance. The face palm covers one or more of its faces with a magical illusion of a humanoid face. The illusion ends if the face palm takes a bonus action to end it or if it dies.

Forbidden Fruit. The face plant is a small shrub, distinguishable by the small fruits that hang from its branches like blackberries. One fruit will always be larger than the rest, having developed a humanoid face which can see and speak.

When the face plant grows, it branches out into a large tree, much like a palm tree. The fruits of the face plant grow into multiple heads and the roots become powerful talons akin to those of a hawk. These face palms have the ability to change the appearances of their faces through some innate illusory magic.
