### Possessed Weapon A possessed weapon's maximum [hitpoint](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat/#TOC-Hit-Points) total is equal to six plus the number of [HD](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/BASICS-ABILITY-SCORES/GLOSSARY/#Hit_Dice_HD) that its Unwilling Host possesses. Unlike other [weapons](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment/weapons/), a possessed weapon is immune to the [broken](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#Broken) condition and cannot be [destroyed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment/damaging-objects/) unless a specific set of conditions are fulfilled. If a possessed weapon's current [hitpoint](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat/#TOC-Hit-Points) total becomes less than 1, it becomes [invulnerable](https://www.gmbinder.com/share/-LXZuyjMBTMJC1rKVuDl) and [unstoppable](https://www.gmbinder.com/share/-LXqnZIgDi9ZomP0KxRy) for 1 round and its Unwilling Host becomes [dazed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/Gamemastering/Conditions/#Dazed) for 1 round; after this duration has elapsed, it gains [x] [hitpoints](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat/#TOC-Hit-Points) and its Unwilling Host loses a number of [hitpoints](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat/#TOC-Hit-Points) equal to the number of [hitpoints](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat/#TOC-Hit-Points) that it gained.
