Scarlet Upgrade: Sadomasochism

Prerequisite(s): 8th level sanguine sorcerer, able to cast Sadomasochism
Benefit(s): Apply the following modification(s) to your Sadomasochism spell:
1) Sadomasochism is renamed to "Rhapsody In Agony".
2) Rhapsody In Agony is treated as a Scarlet Spell.
3) "School: necromancy [pain]" becomes "School: necromancy [blood, pain]".
4) "Range: personal" becomes "Range: close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels) [T]".
5) "Target: self" becomes "Target: one being".
6) "Duration: 1 minute/level (D)" becomes "Duration: 1 round/level [D]".
7) "Saving Throw: Will negates; see text" becomes "Saving Throw: Will partial".
8) The effect of Rhapsody In Agony becomes: "Whenever the target of Rhapsody In Agony strikes you with an attack/spell/etc. that deals hitpoint damage (excluding bleed damage & nonlethal damage), the amount of damage that is dealt by that attack/spell/etc. is increased by 50% (rounded down); if the target of Rhapsody In Agony passed their saving throw, the amount of damage that is dealt by that attack/spell/etc. is instead increased by 20% (rounded down). Whenever you strike the target of Rhapsody In Agony with an attack/spell/etc. that deals hitpoint damage (excluding bleed damage & nonlethal damage), the amount of damage that is dealt by that attack/spell/etc. is increased by 50% (rounded down); if the target of Rhapsody In Agony passed their saving throw, the amount of damage that is dealt by that attack/spell/etc. is instead increased by 20% (rounded down)."
