Bloodletting Spell

Prerequisite(s): Cha 13, Con 13
Benefit(s): Upon dealing hitpoint damage (excluding bleed damage & nonlethal damage) to a being via a bloodletting spell, you cause that being to begin to bleed for [x] points of escalating damage each round. This effect persists until that being dies, unless it is ended prematurely by a Heal check with a DC of 15 + [x] or through the application of an effect that restores hitpoints.
[x] is equal to the spell's original level
Note: Spells that do not inflict hitpoint damage cannot benefit from the effect of this feat.
Level Increase: +1 (a bloodletting spell expends a spell slot that is one level higher than the spell’s original level)
