Nilbog
Long ago, Maglubiyet conqured the Goblin pantheon with Khurgorbaeyag being the only survivor. However, the pantheon had a trickster god who was split, taking the form of a spirit that possesses goblins in an attempt to cause disorder in the ranks of goblins. Many goblinoid tribes and bands live in feat that a nilbog is secretly pulling the strings among the hallowed ranks of the Bugbears and Hobgoblins.
Restriction: Goblins Only
In the Forgotten Realms setting, Nilbogs are invisible spirits. Remnants of a long forgotten trickster god that possess Goblins exclusively. As such, you may only use the Goblin Monstrous Race from Volo's Guide to Monsters (PG 119).
Your DM may lift this restriction to better suit the campaign. The restriction reflects the story of Nilbogs in the Forgotten Realms, but it might not apply to your DM's setting or your DM's version of the Realms.

You regain all your misfortune dice when you finish a long rest.
Nilbogism
Starting at 6th level, when a creature attempts to hit you with a melee attack, you may choose to have that creature roll a Charisma saving throw.
