Echo Strike

Whenever you deal hitpoint damage (via an attack that was made with a masterwork scimitar) to another being, you can roll a d100; if the result of your roll is greater than 40, you can spend a free action in order to make an additional attack at your highest base attack bonus against that same being.
Note: You can activate the effect of Echo Strike no more than once per round.
