Genasi (Revised)
Genasi are unusual creatures. Born of a bond between the material and elemental plane they have strange and unique powers that reflect their heritage. Sometimes they appear normal at first glance, and yet others are so very obviously not.
Genasi Traits
Ability Score Increases: Consitution +1
Names: Genasi usually take names from their more mortal side or the people among which they live.
Age: Genasi often live slightly longer than their mortal side, this is most noticeable with those of human heritage on their mortal side.
Size: Genasi are typically very close to their mortal side in height and weight, although they tend towards the extremes. Your size is medium.
Movement: Your base walking speed is 30 ft.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Primordial.
Air
Your elemental heritage comes from the Plane of Air. Your heritage gives you the following benefits.
Ability Score Increases: Dexterity +2
Flight: You gain a 30 ft. Flying speed. Medium Armor requires Strength as if Heavy Armor, Heavy Armor needs an additional 3 Strength.
Acclimated: You are acclimated to cold temperatures and higher altitudes, you gain a resistance to Cold damage and do not suffer ill affects from higher altitudes.
Earth
Your elemental heritage comes from the Plane of Earth. Your heritage gives you the following benefits.
Ability Score Increases: Strength +2
Burrowing: You gain a 30 ft. Burrowing Speed. (Hard stone, heavily rooted soil, etc. Count as difficult terrain.) Turn must end above ground.
Tremorsense: You gain a 30 ft. Limited Tremorsense (Sense moving things that are touching the ground. This is NOT an instant, something moves and they know it. There is still a Stealth vs. Perception. Mostly reliant on stepping lightly.)
Water
Your elemental heritage comes from the Plane of Water. Your heritage gives you the following benefits.
Ability Score Increases: Wisdom +2
Aquatic Creature You gain a 30 ft. swim speed and are able to breathe underwater.
Fog Banks: You gain the ability to cast the spell Fog Cloud once a day.
Ocean Depths: You gain a 30 ft. Echolocation, which doubles to 60 ft. when underwater. Echolocation works by measuring distances with soundwaves. Meaning it works on invisible enemies. However, one can still hide behind cover etc. meaning there is still a chance to Stealth. The main benefit is negating blindness, darkness, or any other effect preventing sight from working.
Fire
Your elemental heritage comes from the Plane of Fire. Your heritage gives you the following benefits.
Ability Score Increases: Charisma +2
Fire-Walker You gain the ability to teleport to non-magical fires at least large enough to engulf your whole body, as bonus action with a range of 30ft, and as an action with a range of of 60ft.
Living Flame: You gain reistance to Fire Damage and Darkvision with a radius of 60ft.
