### Ichorous Your blood has power — as in, your blood, but not you. You can channel the power through it, but it solely lives within your humours. Sorcerers of this origin can come about in strange ways, such as blood transfusions from powerful beings. ##### Ichorous Origin Spells They're all atavist spells waow | Sorcerer Level | Spells | |:----:|:-------------| | 1st | *lesser bloodsight* | | 3rd | *needle and thread* | | 5th | *coalesce humours* | | 7th | *aura of decay* | | 9th | *exsanguinate* | | 11th | *haemorrhaging rupture* | #### Cheers At 1st level, you can drink your blood as a bonus action to gain access to its power. Roll 1d4. You lose a number of hitpoints equal to the result times your Sorcerer level, and gain twice as much in temporary hitpoints. Once you use this feature, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest. #### Blood Crest Also at 1st level, when you kill a creature that has blood, you can augment it with your own by drinking it. You can drink blood from a corpse as an action. The next time you take damage, you can use the excess blood to absorb it instead,
and the damage is reduced by twice your Charisma modifer. Once you drink another creature's blood, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest. #### Batter the Bloodied At 6th level, once per turn when you damage a creature that is below half its hit point maximum, it takes additional damage equal to half your Sorcerer level. Additionally, when you drink your own blood, you can spend 3 sorcery points to gain triple the temporary hitpoints instead. #### Wings of Blood Yeah I'm kidding, you're not cool enough for wings. At 14th level, if you are ever swallowed by a creature, you take no damage from being inside of it and you aren't restrained. Additionally, you are immune to poison damage and can't be poisoned. #### Red Liquor At 18th level, you can drink your own blood to its fullest. When you drink your blood, you can spend 5 sorcery points to reduce your hitpoints to 1. You must be above half your hitpoint maximum to use this feature. When you do so, you gain five times your sorcerer level in temporary hitpoints. Additionally, while you have more than half these temporary hitpoints remaining, you have resistance to all damage. These temporary hitpoints last for 1 minute. You can't use this feature again until you finish a long rest. Art by katorius on deviantart.
