Aspect of the Judicator
A weapon wielded by an angel of justice with unbreakable will named Kayle, who honored her mother’s legacy by fighting for justice on wings of divine flame. But became disillusioned with the repeated failings of mortals, and abandoned this realm altogether. Still, legends are told of her spirit would be dwelling within this sword, awaiting for a righteous warrior who will wield her fiery sword to punish the unjust. Many hope that she will one day return…
Sentience - Kayle
The sword is sentient and has INT 16, WIS 18, and CHA 14. The sword has an alignment of Chaotic Good and will not align with anyone that is Evil. The sword has darkvision to 120 feet and can hear as well as any creature.
Kayle can speak aloud or telepathically to it's wearer and can speak and read any language you know.
Personality
Kayle speaks with a voice of pride and power claiming it's wielder is destined to punish evil doers and achieve the her goal of justice. She'll claim to be Lawful Good but her tone shows otherwise.
If the wielder comes across an evil doer or law breaking of any kind, simple as stealing food for survival, she'll urge you to kill them or stop them from doing it ever again of sound mind, body, and soul with a heart dedicated to the welfare of his/her people; if you do not, a conflict will happen.
She will offer advice when planning battle strategies and such but is open for it's ideas to be shoot down and is not offended when such happens. She will be kind and offer words of advice in times of strife or when it's wearer is feeling down. If someone were to insult the wielder, Kayle will demand that the wearer strike the person/creature who dared bad mouth you.
Dormant
A brass longsword which almost resembles a holy cross with a diamond-shape ruby gem embedded on the hilt.
Holy Fervor
The weapon is a +1 magic longsword. 1d10 slashing damage + 1d4 radiant damage.
Wings of Light
A pair of white magical wings appears on your back, once you’re attuned to the weapon, giving you a fly speed of 40ft. The wings feel real as if you were born with them. You can dismiss these wings to hide them as you wish.
You can use a bonus action to double your fly speed for 1 minute; your wings changes into a bright fire while retaining the same shape. You can’t use the feature again until you finish a short rest.
Awakened
The hilt transforms into a slight bulky block shape with a diamond-outline at the base where the crystal is embedded. The blade transforms into a broader turquois shard edges.
Celestial Fervor
The weapon is a +2 magic longsword. 1d10 slashing damage + 1d6 radiant damage.
Arisen Wings of Light
Another pair of slightly smaller white magical wings appears on your lower back; your fly speed is now 50ft.
An invisible holy aura grants you resistance to radiant and necrotic damage.
Reckoning Blast
As a bonus action, you conjure a ball of radiant energy from the tip of the blade and throw it at a creature within 30ft that you can see as a ranged spell attack.
The creature must make a DC16 DEX saving throw or take 2d8 radiant damage and loses 10ft of movement for 1 min, halved damage on success and don’t lose movement.
The creature can keep making the save at the end of each round until success. You can use this feature twice per short rest.
Angelic Blessing
Holy energy conjures from the crystal of the weapon to heal a creature you can see within 60ft.
This feature has 5 charges and you can use as many charges as you want on you or multiple creatures.
The creature(s) heals 1d8 HP + WIS mod + half your level on each charge. You regain all charges after a short rest.
Righteous Smite
As a bonus action, you can imbue your weapon with radiant energy, in the same coloration as your wing when you double your speed, that you can attack creatures within 30ft of you as range attack.
Excluding the slashing damage when making the range attack, you deal 4d8 radiant damage instead. This lasts for 1 min until you finish a short rest.
Zealous Blades
You can spend a bonus action to magically split your sword into two single-edge blades, representing split halves of the main blade, allowing you to make two attacks per attack action. You gained the Duel Wielder feat if you didn’t already. You can use a bonus action to combine back the swords.
Your weapons will be +1 longswords. 2d8 slashing damage + 2d6 radiant damage.
Your Righteous Smite becomes a 15ft cone range attack, dealing 4d6 radiant damage to all creatures caught in range. Each creature must make a DC16 DEX save for halved damage.
Exalted
When you draw this weapon for combat, the blade changes into holy gold colored aura and the gem becomes a holy white glow
Divine Fervor
The weapon is a +3 magic longsword. 1d10 slashing damage + 1d8 radiant damage.
Transcendent Wings of Light
Another pair of long slender white magical wings appears in between your other pairs on your back, in reminiscence of archangel wings; your fly speed is now 60ft.
The aura makes aspects of your equipment appear holy white and you wings changes into a bright gold while retaining the same shape; you now have immunity to radiant damage.
Radiant Blast
Improved Reckoning Blast. As a bonus action, you conjure a ball of radiant energy from the tip of the blade and throw it at a creature within 60ft that you can see.
The creature must make a DC18 DEX saving throw or take 4d8 radiant damage and loses 10ft of movement for 1 min, halved damage on success and don’t lose movement.
The creature can keep making the save at the end of each round until success. You can use this feature 4 times per short rest.
Heavenly Blessing
Improved Angelic Blessing. Holy energy conjures from the crystal of the weapon to heal a creature you can see within 30ft.
This feature has 10 charges and you can use as many charges as you want on you or multiple creatures.
The creature(s) heals 1d8 HP + WIS mod + half your level on each charge. Creatures you heal, except yourself, gain +10ft of movement for 1 min. You regain all charges after a short rest.
Aflame Spellblade
Improved Righteous Smite. As a bonus action, you can imbue your weapon with radiant energy, in the same coloration as your wing when you double your speed, that you can attack creatures within 60ft of you as range attack.
Excluding the slashing damage when making the range attack, you deal 6d8 radiant damage instead. The attack bypasses resistances and immunities are considered resistances.
This lasts for 1 min and can be used twice per short rest.
Twin Aspects
Improved Zealous Blades. You can spend a bonus action to magically split your sword into two single-edge blades, representing split halves of the main blade, allowing you to make two attacks per attack action. You gained the Duel Wielder feat if you didn’t already. You can use a bonus action to combine back the swords.
Your weapons will be +1 longswords. 3d8 slashing damage + 3d6 radiant damage.
Your Righteous Smite becomes a 20ft cone range attack, dealing 6d6 radiant damage to all creatures caught in range. Each creature must make a DC18 DEX save for halved damage.
Judicator’s Intervention
As a reaction, you can conjure a holy barrier of invulnerability on yourself or on a creature you can see within 30ft of you. The barrier grants immunity to all damage until the end of your next turn.
As the barrier disappears, a burst of radiant energy blasts towards the skies and rains down holy constructs of blades in a 30ft radius against all hostile creatures centered on the creature.
Creatures caught in the area must make DC20 DEX saving throw or take 5d8 slashing damage + 5d8 radiant damage, halved on success. You can’t use this feature until next dawn.
Attunement
You can attune to this weapon only if you're a Cleric, Fighter, or Paladin and be at least 10th level to Awaken it.
