### Royal war fan *Weapon (war fan), legendary (requires attunement by a monk)* This magic weapon was created in the shape of a traditional war fan, from the spiritual energies which pervade Outworld. While one can spend years becoming trained in traditional war fans, one gains proficiency with this weapon upon attuning to it. A war fan, at its base, is a +2 1d4 weapon, with the finesse and light properties. They additionally have a thrown range of 20/60. Additionally, the war fan has the following effects and abilities: **Recall:** as a bonus action, or by spending 1 ki, you can magically teleport the war fan into the hand of your choice, if that hand is empty, and the fan is within 100 feet of you. **Magical fanning:** One can use the fan for its original purpose through an adjustment of the flows of power which pervades its creation. By using a bonus action to maintain a constant fanning of yourself, you can stay in comfortable temperatures of around 70 degrees, when the environment is less than a hundred and twenty degrees, and more than negative thirty. **Trip up:** as an action you may spend 2 ki in order to create a gust of wind targeting a creature within 20 feet, which must be size medium or smaller. That creature must make a dexterity saving throw with DC equal to *8 + your Proficiency modifier + your wisdom modfier* or else be knocked prone. **Extinguishing Wind:** As an action you may extinguish a area of fire no larger than five foot square. When using this ability you may spend X ki in order to increase the area extinguished by 10 feet squared for every point of ki used.
