Heroic Soul

Your spirit has been touched by a heroic figure of myth and legend. Whether you are an actual descendant or they have chosen you to be their champion, their power flows through your veins. You inherit their abilities, and you may even be able to sense their very presence.

Expanded Spell List

Your Heroic Soul lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a new Sorcerer spell. The following spells are added to the Sorcerer spell list for you.

Mythical Memories

Starting at 1st level, you begin to absorb the knowledge and skills of your mythical hero. You gain proficiency with light and medium armor, and one type of two-handed or versatile melee weapon of your choice.

You also gain proficiency in the History skill if you don’t already have it.

Battle Hardened

Your connection to your heroic spirit enhances your resilience. At 1st level, your hit point maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level in this class.

Extra Attack

Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Heroic Resolve

Also at 6th level, whenever you take damage, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage. When you do this, you also gain a bonus to any Constitution saving throw you make to maintain your concentration on a spell until the start of your next turn. The damage reduction and bonus both equal your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1).

Fighting Spirit

At 14th level, you are able to manifest the spirit of your mythical hero in combat.

After you make a weapon attack or cast a spell that targets one creature, you can use a bonus action to will your heroic spirit to echo your attack. The spirit makes a melee spell attack against the target of your attack or spell, and on a hit it deals magical damage equal to your weapon's damage dice plus your Charisma modifier (minimum of +1)

Living Legend

At 18th level, you can call upon the power of your mythical hero at will. When you make a melee weapon attack, add your Charisma modifier to the damage it deals on a hit (minimum of +1). You also have advantage on saving throws against being charmed and are immune to being frightened.

Additionally, when you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend 1 sorcery point to replace one attack with a cantrip.
