Otherworldly Patron: The Mistress
The Mistress: Nary a whisper on the wind, a rumor to be heard but not followed. There are many who speak of The Mistress, of her beauty, her splendor; but they are mad men and women who rave on the very streets themselves. A story told by men who's minds have left them. But all are consistent in their ravings: "Receive an invitation and all will be known." You've received your invitation, you've passed the doors of red and entered her realm. You've indulged the pleasures of the flesh, the carnal nature of her passion. She has changed your world view and you've returned her emissary.

Expanded Spell List
You gain access to a number of extra spells that are added to your warlock spell list.

Bonus Proficiency
At 1st level, you gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill. If you already have proficiency in Persuasion, you can gain proficiency in another Charisma skill of your choosing.
Otherwordly Grace
At 1st level, whenever you make a charisma-based skill check, If you are already proficient in that skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it.
In addition, whenever you would fail a charisma-based skill check, you can use your reaction to reroll the check.
You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and regain all expended uses on a long rest.
The Mistress's Visage
Starting at 6th level, when a hostile creature within 30 feet of you that you can see would make an attack roll against you or one of your allies, you can use you reaction to conjure the true visage of your patron to hinder them. The target must make a wisdom saving throw against your Spell Save DC or take 6d6 psychic damage and become frightened until the end of their next turn on a failed saving throw. On a success, the enemy takes half as much damage and is not frightened.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Aura of Desire
Starting at 10th level, you've grown so accustomed to the feeling of The Mistress's advice and her warm embrace that you begin to exude an aura of Desire. This aura extends outward from you in a 10ft radius and any who pass through (of your choosing) must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Spell Save DC or become enamored by your charismatic nature. You gain advantage on Persuasion and Deception checks made against the affected individuals for up to 1 hour, after which the individuals become immune to the effect as shown below. Those who succeed the saving throw are immune to its effect for 24 hours.
Emergence
At 14th level, with careful guidance from The Mistress, you've attained a form of perfection befitting an emissary of The Mistress. As an action, you may shed your mortal coil and ascend as a being of carnal desire and passions beyond comprehension. Equipment you are wearing melds into your graying flesh, shifting about to change your attire and accentuating your stunning beauty and figure. Any hostile creature within 30ft of you that can see you, must make a wisdom saving throw against your Spell Save DC or be frightened for 1 minute as they see you for what you really are. The affected creatures can continue making saves at the end of their turn, ending the condition on a success.
For 1 minutes, you gain these benefits:
- You gain resistance to bludgeoning, slashing and piercing damage.
- You gain advantage on spell attack rolls made against creatures that are charmed or frightened of you.
- Enemies make their Wisdom and Charisma saving throws at disadvantage if they are frightened of you.
- Once per turn, whenever you make a melee, ranged, or spell attack roll, you deal additional psychic damage equal to your charisma modifier.


Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Pact Quirks
Those who've come into contact with The Mistress never return quite the same way. Something may be new, or out of place. These are the tells of the pact. Roll a d10 to determine your warlock's quirks, or pick one, or several of these quirks that fit.

Eldritch Invocations
Sadist's Blade
Prerequisites: Pact of the Blade, The Mistress Patron
While The Mistress isn't new to the dangers of combat, she certainly revels in the making of it. Connected to you as she is all her emissaries, she can allow you to make hits impact harder, blades cut deeper. It is through her sadistic nature that she causes pain to seethe like a festering wound.
Upon scoring a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you can add an additional damage die to the result and the creature must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell DC or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
Tome of Passion
Prerequisites: Pact of the Tome, The Mistress Patron
Touched by an inkling of power from The Mistress, your book of shadows has been transformed to match your allegiance. Merely wishing to know information from The Mistress allows these blank pages to flourish with words and illustrations. Your book becomes filled with the salacious and downright erotic activities that your Patron has witnessed during her time trapped in her prison of a realm.
While the tome is certainly good reading material during a short rest, you've begun to see things hidden between the lines that allows you to notice certain ticks and clues you into certain types of body language. If an allied creature is within 30 feet of you and is attacking a creature, or is subjected to an attack, you can use your reaction to add your Charisma modifier to the allies attack roll, or subtract it from the enemy's attack. You must declare this feature before the DM declares if the roll hits.
You can use this feature three times. You regain all expended uses during either a short or long rest.
Prince Charming
Prerequisites: 12th level
You can cast Charm Person as a 5th-level spell at will, without expending a spell slot.
Faithful of The Mistress
Prerequisites: 5th Level, The Mistress Patron
You have gained plenty of power from your patron, allowing you to cast Summon Aberration once using your warlock spell slot and without material components. When cast this way, you have advantage on concentration checks to maintain the spell.
Once you use this invocation, you must take a long rest to do so again.
Servant of The Mistress
Prerequisites: Pact of the Chain, The Mistress Patron
Your familiar is bolstered by your power, gaining additional hit points equal to your Warlock level. You may add your Proficiency bonus to the familiars skills and can choose an additional one the familiar gains upon casting. You may also forgo the normal familiars and summon a special familiar from the realm of The Mistress as shown below.

Opened Eye. The Servant of The Mistress can see normally through magical or nonmagical darkness.
Magic Resistance. The Servant of The Mistress has advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects.
Terrifying Visage. Any hostile creature that spots the Servant for the first time in combat must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw, or take 1d4 psychic damage.
Actions
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit:5(1d4+3) slashing damage, and the creature must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or take 10(3d6) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Shadow Walking. If the servant is within dim light or darkness, it can use its action to teleport up to 30 feet as long as the location is also in dim light or darkness.




Denizens of The Mistress's Realm
Not much is known about the realm of the perverse and passion, but what little documentation is done on it, is of the creatures within. The many humanoids that dwell within appear like their original race, but they've been altered quite heavily under the ambient magic that soaks into the flesh. Many grow horns in abundance and in strange places(Even from where their eyes should be, although it strangely doesn't hinder sight), tails, strange barbed claws, or spikes along the limbs. All are physically changed to be as beautiful, or as handsome as mortally possible. Granting all women perfect figures of fertility goddesses with a fecundity to match if they are barren, or males with muscular physiques that boast a powerful instinctual draw to their masculinity with the raw drive of a beast to match.
And they all happen to have been blessed by The Mistress! None ever shirk their gifts, their boons or even their transformations. It would be a sin to reject such beauty gifted from a goddess herself!
