Eye of Fortune

1st-level divination


  • Casting Time: 1 bonus action

  • Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

As a bonus action, you open your mind to receive momentary insights that improve your odds of success. Until your concentration ends, whenever you make an attack roll, a saving throw, or an ability check, you roll a d4 and add it to the total.

Malign Star

2nd-level enchantment

  • Range: 60 feet
  • Components: V, S
  • Duration: Instantaneous

Choose one creature within range, or choose two creature within range that are within 30 feet of each other. A target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a target is thwarted by a malign star for 1 minute. During that time, its speed is halved, and it rolls a d6 and subtracts the number rolled from all its attack rolls and ability checks, as well as its Constitution savings throws to maintain concentration.

At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.

Swift Sight

3rd-level divination

  • Duration: Instantaneous

Reaction trigger: You roll initiative.

You instantly analyze the information around you and telepathically pass it on to your allies, allowing you to act quicker in combat. You grant yourself and up to three creatures of your choice within 60 feet of you a +5 bonus to initiative.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd.

Gravitational Star

4th-level evocation


  • Casting Time: 1 action
  • Range: 60 feet
  • Components: V, S
  • Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

You hurl a star-like mote of light toward a creature within range, shifting the gravity around it. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 4d8 radiant damage, and on each of your turns for the duration, you can use your action to repeat the attack against the target with advantage, which deals 4d8 radiant damage on a hit. The spell ends if the target is ever outside the spell’s range.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the initial damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 4th.

Omnividence

5th-level divination


  • Casting Time: 1 action
  • Range: 30 feet
  • Components: V, S, M (A gem-encrusted mirror worth at least 250gp, which the spell consumes)
  • Duration: 8 hours

You forge a visual link among up to eight willing creatures of your choice within range, psychically linking each creature to all the others for the duration.

A target of the spell gains several benefits. The target can't be surprised and attack rolls against it can't gain advantage while at least another target can see the attacker. It also makes all Intelligence (Investigation) checks and Intelligence saving throws with advantage, and can see through the eyes of other targets over any distance, though it can't extend to other planes of existence.
