Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). She regains her expended spell slots when she finishes a short or long rest. She knows the following warlock spells: > >Cantrips (at will): *blade ward, booming blade, eldritch blast, sword burst* > >1st–5th level (3 5th-level slots): *arcane hand, cloud of daggers, daylight, earthbind, hold person, guardian of faith (deals force damage), levitate, resilient sphere, shield, shield of faith, sickening radiance, telekinesis, wall of light* > >***Legendary Resistance (3/Day).*** If Rainier fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead. > >***Light's Will.*** Rainier adds her Charisma and Constitution modifier to any attacks made by her or her constructs that deal force damage (included in the attack). > > ### Actions > ***Light Spear.*** *Melee Spell Attack:* +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. *Hit:* 15 (1d10 + 10) force damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. > >***Summon Construct.*** Rainer summons a construct no larger than a 20-foot cube made of light to an unoccupied space within 100 feet of her. The construct has 31 hit points and an AC of 20. As a bonus action, Rainer can move the construct up to 30 feet and make a melee spell attack to a target within 5 feet, dealing 15 (1d10 + 10) force damage on a hit. The construct disappears when it reaches 0 hit points or is more than 100 feet away from Rainier. > >### Legendary Actions >Rainier can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Rainier regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn. > >**At-Will Spell.** Rainier casts one of her at-will spells. > >**Melee Attack.** Rainier or one of her constructs makes a melee attack. > >**Shimmering Shield (Costs 2 Actions).** Rainier creates a shimmering, magical field around herself or another creature she can see within 60 feet of it. The target gains a +2 bonus to AC until the end of Rainier's next turn. > >**Heal Self (Costs 3 Actions).** Rainier magically regains 14 (2d8 + 5) hit points.
