Demi-Fae

Whether found in scattered throughout the Feywild or hidden among humans in the Material plane, demi-fae are often in search of power and curiosities. Their prolonged life leaves them hungry for novelties and their inferiority to true fae leave them hunting for anything that will grant them power.

Wild and Proud

Demi-Fae still maintain their fae parent's primal nature while appearing as a human; demi-fae behave in an animalistic manner becoming one with nature. They tend to act aloof around other races other than fae for they believe their fae ancestry makes them superior.

Easy-Going Youth, Sharpened Adulthood

Demi-Fae are enamoured by the thrill of life and tend towards fun, easy-going natures in their youth. Many are gifted in magic and use it to enhance their outlook on the environment around them.

As they mature, some demi-fae grow to be quieter and quicker to insult. Their superiority complex takes root as they watch humans around them slowly die while they remain. Some maintain their fun and wild nature into adulthood but these are usually in times of peace.

There are some young demi-fae that have a bad temperament resulting from the inability to amuse themselves.

Ancient Memories

Demi-Fae have extended lifespans living up to 450 years old, giving them long memories and an inclination to act slowly and precisely. They are more often amused by passing events than they are truly excited. New events are the ultimate curiosity for demi-fae who have seen many things throughout their lives.
