College of Tragedy
The college of tragedy is for those who experienced something horrible in their lives. Something so life shattering that it left a permanent mark on your soul. No one outside of the college could understand just how much these bards have suffered. Only in their performance people can catch a glimp of just how truly damaged the soul can be.

No one knows pain like me
When you join the college of Tragedy at 3rd level you learn how to take pain from others and make it your own. When a creature within 10 ft of you takes damage you can use your reaction and expend on of you bardic inspirations to have the creature take no damage and you take half the damage instead.
Dead inside
At 6th level you gain resistance to necrotic, cold and psychic damage.
A tragic sacrifice
At 14th level when an ally you can see would fall unconscious as the result of damage you can use your reaction to take the damage instead. If you fall unconscious as a result of this damage all allies that can see you are inspired and gain temporary hp equal to your charisma modifier + your bard level. You can use this ability once per long rest.
