College of Blood
In the darkest depths of these twisted lands, few things are as welcomed as a good laugh, a merry song, and razor sharp blade, Bards of the College of Blood masquerade as Jesters and bring all of these in spades. Armed with a sickle and lute, these maniacal minstrels are as versatile as they are deadly.
Harvest
When you join the College of Blood at 3rd level, Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can expend one spell slot to wound the target. The target receives 1 wound for a 1st-level spell slot, plus 1 additional wound for each spell level higher than 1st.
At the start of each of the wounded creature's turns, it takes necrotic damage equal to 1 of the creature's Hit Dice for each time you've wounded it, and it can then make a Constitution saving throw, ending the effect of all such wounds on itself on a success.
Inspired Mockery
"Look at this fool, this imbecile! Playing the hero, are you?! Ha-HAA."
At 3rd level, mocking and humiliating your enemy comes as natural as breathing. When a creature that you can see within 15 feet of you makes a saving throw, you can use your reaction to expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration to begin relentlessly mocking a target creature, imposing disadvantage on the target creature's saving throw.
Bloody Dice
"Pride's like a knife, it can cut deep inside... Words are like weapons, they wound sometimes."
At 6th level, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you additionally wound the target.
Finale
"Combat is a power ballad - a slow build up, and a grand finale! "
At 14th level, As an action, you can make a special attack against a wounded target, dealing the maximum damage of all the wounds on a target, ending the effect of all such wounds on the target creature on a hit.
The first time you do so, you suffer no adverse effect. If you use this feature again before you finish a short or long rest, you take 2d12 necrotic damage for each wound on the target.
