Scarecrows
Scarecrows are constructs, imbued with magic. Though they are often used to help with minor farming tasks, in some cases they are crafted specifically to help protect farms and villages from bandits or wild beasts.
In even rarer cases they are animated by vengeful fathers, seeking retribution for the loss of their children, or by wizards seeking undying loylaty in their servants.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2.
Age. Scarecrows do not age. They live as long as the enchantment animating them exists and as long as they can keep their bodies in good repair.
Alignment. Scarecrows do not inherently tend toward any particular alignment. Many will simple adopt the alignment of their creators.
Size. Scarecrows are usually about the same height as humans, but they often weigh much less, usually only 100 to 125 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in Darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in Darkness, only shades of gray.
Living Construct. Even though you were constructed, you are a living creature. You are immune to disease. You do not need to eat or breathe, but you can ingest food and drink if you wish. Instead of sleeping, you enter an inactive state for 4 hours each day. You do not dream in this state; you are fully aware of your surroundings and notice approaching enemies and other events as normal.
Languages You speak Common and one language that your creator spoke.
Farmhand
Farmhands are what most people think of when they hear the word "Scarecrow." These enchanted Scarecrows are common in farming communities, and will often be put to work as another set of hands during the harvest season.
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 1.
False Appearance. Due to your appearance as a simple, non-magical scarecreow, you can stand perfectly still to avoid notice. While you are in an area where a Scarecrow might be found, you can attempt to hide by standing perfectly still. You have advantage on any Dexterity (Stealth) checks to hide this way.
Farmhand's Training. You are proficient with Sickles, Light Hammers, and Pitchforks (Tridents.)
Pumpkinhead
Pumpkinheads are less common than their Farmhand cousins. These are either carved during harvest festivals to scare off evil spirits, or in rarer circumstances, crafted as vengeful spirits to seek revenge on behalf of their creator.

Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 1.
Harvest Lantern. You know the Light cantrip.
Carved Leer. The ghoulish expression carved as your face grants you proficiency in Intimidation.
Plant-Construct. Your construction, being comprised of magically preserved plants, grants you an affinity for other plants, magical and otherwise. You are unaffected by all plant-based difficult terrain.
