Mass Sending Stone
Wonderous item, very rare
This stone can be often found at facilities in major cities built for wizards and bards to operate them and are often heavily guarded due to the fact they are magically manipulatable.
This stone emits a magical signal to any Receiver Stones in a 30 mile radius, allowing sound to emit from the Receiver Stone. Any sound that occurs in a 30ft radius around the Mass Sending Stone is repeated through any Receiver Stones, this can include anything from music, news, talking, or noise from the environment.
These stones are also manipulatable. Any creature that casts a spell from the Enchantment school at 8th level or higher can cause the spell to affect any creature listening to it through a Receiver Stone, a creature must succeed a DC 20 Intelligence check in order to do this however, otherwise, the spell fails.
Creatures affected by the spell this way must succeed the spell's saving throw (if any) or be affected by it. The DM can roll a d100 to determine how many creatures were affected collaterally by the spell, the number rolled being the number of creatures affected. A creature affected by an Enchantment spell this way cannot be affected by it this way again for 24 hours.
Receiver Stone
Wonderous item, common
This stone can be used to receive signals from Mass Sending Stones within a 30 mile radius, playing music, news, or any sound the Mass Sending Stone may be sending out.
The stone can be turned on and off by speaking a command word that each stone has when created, usually something simple such as "Stone, Play!".
If there are multiple Mass Sending Stones within a 30 mile radius the Receiver Stone is attempting to receive signals from, the stone can switch between them by saying the command word "Stone, Switch!".
Recording Stone
Wonderous item, common
This stone can be used to record sounds within a 30ft radius around it. The stone can hold up to 3 minutes of audio recording, which can be split up into up to five seperate recordings.
The stone begins recording when the command word "Stone, Record!" is said and stops when the command word "Stone, Stop!" is said.
Recordings can be played individually by speaking the command word "Stone, Play!" followed by a number from 1 to 5, depending on what order the recording was first made and if there were recordings in the stone previously.
All recordings can be erased by speaking the command word "Stone, Erase!", at which point, the stone will beep as a sign of confirmation. To confirm that a creature would like to erase the recordings, a creature must speak the command word "Yes". Recordings cannot be erased individually.
