#### The Mother's Blessing
Starting at 3rd level you are blessed with natures magic, you can magically take the shape of a beast you have seen before and as a bonus action (2 per short or long rest). The creature must have a CR 1 or lower that you have seen before. This ability is distinct from Wild Shape for the purposes of multiclassing but otherwise functions as Druids Wild Shape. Additionally, you learn the Druidcraft Cantrip, and two druid cantrips of your choice. you count as a druid of your for the purposes of mods and meeting the requirements on the use of magic items .
#### Verdant Lash
Starting at 3rd level, you can summon magically animated plants from anywhere on your body. They can only grow upon humanoid form and they dissolve if the thorn strider is under a shapechanging effect. These plants move and with a mind of their own granting you a +2 armor bonus to ac (while you are not wearing heavy armor and not wielding a shield). While they are not aggressive as an attack action, you can use a free hand direct them to lash out at your enemies. Attacking in this way counts a is a magical weapon with which the rogue is proficient. It has the finesse and reach properties dealing with 1d6 piercing or slashing damage. These plants also produce potent magical seeds; these can be enchanted as weapons and can be bound to the plant through a 1-hour ritual. When wielding the whip as an action, you focus on the power of the lash making a single weapon attack with a range of 30 ft. As part of this action you may either;
1- Cast GreenFlame Blade cantrip using your WIS MOD or another cantrip you know that requires a weapon attack
2- Attack pulling large or smaller creature 10 ft towards you on hit. (+1d6 bonus damage Lv 5, 11, & 17)
#### Verdant Grasp
Starting at 9th level, you gain strength and control with the Verdant Lash. You take an attack action with the vine you can forfeit the damage to make a grapple attempt on creatures and objects, using your DEX Modifier. A grappled creature is restrained, maintaining the grapple requires one free hand.
Also, you can attach the vines to a surface and as an action pulling you toward it. The vines
work their way into the surface and pull you along and granting you a climbing speed equal to
your walking speed. Using this ability permanently damages the surface in small but noticeable ways; maybe
cracking it or the remnants of vines hanging from crevasses. Extensive use on the same surface might
degrade the structural integrity of the surface, at DM Discretion.
#### Nightshade and Cranberries
At level 13 you can use your thorns as a set of thieves tools, and can use plants created though the
verdant lash to function as the following tool Sets if you are proficient in it: Alchemist’s supplies,
Herbalism Kit, and Poisoner’s Kit. These tools can only be controlled through their connection to
you, and are as useful as any mundane plants to even the most skilled druid. Though it can be
used to create a club or staff which can be used by anyone.
#### Solanum Torns
Beginning at 17th level, when you land a Sneak Attack on a creature, you can cause the
to target to poison or necrotic damage of your choice. When dealing damage in this way, the
target can make a fortitude save to take half damage on the sneak attack.
