Birdgeoisie
Medium swarm of Tiny beasts, unaligned
A collection of birds that have been magically charmed and trained to gather intelligence. At first glance the Birdgeoisie are indistinguishable from other local bird/flying creatures. The key difference is the signature red and silver eyes that are a result of magical influence. Normally, they would never risk their deception by proactively attacking a creature, but would do so at the order of their master or to defend themselves.

Actions
Multiattack. The Birdgeoisie makes two Beaks attacks.
Beaks. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target in the swarm's space. Hit: 7 (2d6) piercing damage, or 3 (1d6) piercing damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer.
Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny bird. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Hidden In Plain Sight. Even when the Birdgeoisie is in plain sight, it takes a successful DC 20 Wisdom (Perception) check to distinguish it from another local bird. This ability can't be used if in combat or it has already has taken aggressive actions towards another creature. When hidden, a creature that attempts to attack or makes a successful DC 15 Charisma (Intimidation) check will cause the Birdgeoisie to use a reaction to either attack or attempt to flee.
