#### Ray of Weakness *1st-level necromancy* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** 60 feet - **Components:** V, S, M (the humor of a humonoid creature) - **Duration:** Concentration, up to 1 minute ___ A ray of yellow energy travels out toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d4 necrotic damage and must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, that creatures Strength score decreases by 1d4 + the level of the spell slot used to cast this spell. During the end of the creatures turn they can repeat this saving throw and end the effect on a success. **At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 1st. #### Coughing Spell *2nd-level necromancy* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** 90 feet - **Components:** V, S, M (humonoid ashes) - **Duration:** Concentration, up to 1 minute ___ From the ashes you call black vapors to fly out towards a creature in range and try to invade their body. Make a ranged spell attack against one creature in range, that target takes 3d6 necrotic damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save the creature begins coughing uncontrollably and must make all saving throws to maintain concentration on spells at disadvantage, that creature must roll to maintain concentration at the beginning of its turn and can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn ending the effect on a success. **At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd. #### Detonate Corpse *2nd-level necromancy* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 reaction, which you take when a creature within range is reduced to 0 hit points or dies outright and leaves behind a corpse. - **Range:** 60 feet - **Components:** V, S, M (bone dust mixed with sulfer) - **Duration:** Instantaneous ___ You fill the corpse with necrotic energy and animate it putting it under your control causing it to move up to its original movement speed and explode in necrotic energy, all creatures within 10 feet of it must make a dexterity saving throw. A target takes 4d6 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. **At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for every slot levels above 2nd. \columnbreak #### Skeletal Armor *2nd-level necromancy* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** Self - **Components:** V, M (bones) - **Duration:** 10 minutes ___ The bones come together with necrotic energy and form a whip like tail that circles your body with a sickle attached to the end of it. Whenever a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to call the sickle to lash out to strike the attacker, make a melee spell attack against that creature. On a hit, that creature takes 1d8 + your spellcasting modifier slashing damage. **At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for every two slot levels above 2nd. #### Ray of Clumsiness *3rd-level necromancy* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** 60 feet - **Components:** V, S, M (the femur of a humonoid creature) - **Duration:** Concentration, up to 1 minute ___ A ray of purple energy fires out toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 4d4 necrotic damage and must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, that creatures Dexterity score decreases by 1d4 + the level of the spell slot used to cast this spell. During the end of the creatures turn they can repeat this saving throw and end the effect on a success. **At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 3rd. #### Command Undead *5th-level necromancy* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** 60 feet - **Components:** V, S, M (A silver mirror with a diamond worth 1000 gold attached to the back of mirror) - **Duration:** 24 hours ___ you can choose one undead that you can see within 60 feet of you. That creature must make a Charisma saving throw, on a failer, it becomes friendly to you and obeys your commands until the end of the spells duration or you cast it again. Intelligent undead are harder to control in this way. If the target has an Intelligence of 8 or higher, it has advantage on the saving throw. If it fails the saving throw and has an Intelligence of 12 or higher, it can repeat the saving throw at the end of every hour until it succeeds and breaks free. **At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th- or 8th-level spell slot, you can target a second undead. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th-level spell slot, you can target a three undead. \pagebreak #### Ray of Starvation *5th-level necromancy* ___ - **Casting Time:** 1 action - **Range:** 60 feet - **Components:** V, S, M (a rib from a humonoid creature) - **Duration:** Concentration, up to 1 minute ___ A ray of crimson red energy flies out toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 6d4 necrotic damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, that creatures Constitution score decreases by 1d4 + the level of the spell slot used to cast this spell. During the end of the creatures turn they can repeat this saving throw and end the effect on a success. **At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 8th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 5th. \pagebreak #### Forge Undead *3rd-level necromancy* ___ - **Casting Time:** 50 minutes (ritual) - **Range:** Touch - **Components:** V, S, M (herbs, gems, and other rare materials whose cost is dependent on the creature you are trying to raise, consumed) - **Duration:** Instantaneous ___ You use time and energy to try to breath life into the body of a deceased creature and make it into an undead servant, creatures summoned this way have their Intelligence and Charisma scores reduced to 3 and their Wisdom score cannot be above an 8, this can be changed if additional procedures are completed. Creatures raised in this manner is loyal to you and obay your commands to the best of its ability. When casting this spell you can preform the following checks and provide additional materials to try and create superior undead. - : The creature maintains its original Intelligence Score. - : The creature maintains its original Wisdom Score. - : The creature maintains its original Charisma Score. - : You gain a +1 to your ability check. - : You gain a +2 to your ability check. - : You gain a +3 to your ability check. When the casting of the spell is complete you must make an ability check using your proficiency bonus and spellcasting modifier equal to 5 + the creature you hope to raises CR + 5 but cannot be lower than 10 and cannot be higher than 30. The cost in materials for this spell is equal in gold to the experience you'd need to reach the same level as the creature you wish to raise's CR, if this spell fails or succeeds the material components are consumed. **At Higher Levels.** When you cast this spell using a 5th-level spell slot, you can target a Large size creature with this spell. When you cast this spell using a 7th-level spell slot, you can target a Huge size creature with this spell. When you cast this spell using a 9th-level spell slot, you can target a Gargantuan size creature with this spell. \pagebreak ## Changelog - Ray Spells: I added they repeat the save at the end of their turn and am considering just doing flat disadvantage and upping the damage.
