### Dedicated Weapon (TCoE) *2nd-level monk feature (enhances Martial Arts)*
You train yourself to use a variety of weapons as monk weapons, not just simple melee weapons and shortswords. Whenever you finish a short or long rest, you can touch one weapon, focus your ki on it, and then count that weapon as a monk weapon until you use this feature again. The chosen weapon must meet these criteria: * The weapon must be a simple or martial weapon. * You must be proficient with it. * It must lack the heavy and special properties. ### Ki Fueled Attack (TCoE) *3rd-level monk feature*
If you spend 1 ki point or more as part of your action on your turn, you can make one attack with an unarmed strike or a monk weapon as a bonus action before the end of the turn. ##### Quickened Healing (TCoE) *4th-level monk feature* As an action, you can spend 2 ki points and roll a Martial Arts die. ### Deft Explorer (HB) *1st-level ranger feature (replaces Natural Explorer)*
You are an unsurpassed explorer and survivor, both in the wilderness and in dealing with others on your travels. You choose one of the three benefit and an additional one when you reach 6th level and 10th level in this class. ##### Canny Choose one of your skill proficiencies. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses the chosen skill. You can also speak, read, and write two additional languages of your choice. ##### Roving Your walking speed increases by 5, and you gain a climbing speed and a swimming speed equal to your walking speed. ##### Tireless As an action, you can give yourself a number of temporary hit points equal to 1d10 + your Wisdom modifier. You can use this special action a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. In addition, whenever you finish a short rest, your exhaustion level, if any, is decreased by 1. ### Favored Foe (HB) *1st-level ranger feature, which replaces the Favored Enemy feature and works with the Foe Slayer feature*
You can call on your bond with nature to mark a creature as your favored enemy for a time: you know the hunter’s mark spell, and Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for it. You can use it a certain number of times without expending a spell slot and without requiring concentration— a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. When you gain the Spellcasting feature at 2nd level, hunter’s mark doesn’t count against the number of ranger spells you know. ___ **If at any point the character takes a level in another class this feature changes to the version from TCoE:** When you hit a creature with an attack roll, you can call on your mystical bond with nature to mark the target as your favored enemy for 1 minute or until you lose your concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell). The first time on each of your turns that you hit the favored enemy and deal damage to it, including when you mark it, you can increase that damage by 1d4. You can use this feature to mark a favored enemy a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. This feature’s extra damage increases when you reach certain levels in this class: to 1d6 at 6th level and to 1d8 at 14th level. ### Fighting Style Options (TCoE) *2nd-level ranger feature (enhances Fighting Style)*
When you choose a fighting style, the these styles are added to your list of options. ### Ranger Spells (UA) *2nd-level ranger feature (enhances Spellcasting)*

### Spell Versatility (UA) *2nd-level ranger feature (enhances Spellcasting)*

The new spell must be the same level as the spell you replace. \pagebreak ### Spellcasting Focus (TCoE) *2nd-level ranger feature (enhances Spellcasting)*
You can use a druidic focus as a spellcasting focus for your ranger spells. A druidic focus might be a sprig of mistletoe or holly, a wand or rod made of yew or another special wood, a staff drawn whole from a living tree, or an object incorporating feathers, fur, bones, and teeth from sacred animals. ### Primal Awareness (TCoE) *3rd-level ranger feature (replaces Primeval Awareness)*
You can focus your awareness through the interconnections of nature: you learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class if you don’t already know them, as shown in the Primal Awareness Spells table. These spells don’t count against the number of ranger spells you know. ##### Primal Awareness Spells | Ranger
Level | Loot | |:---:|:----:| | 3rd | detect magic, speak with animals | | 5th | beast sense, locate animals or plants | | 9th | speak with plants | | 13th | locate creature | | 17th | commune with nature | You can cast each of these spells once without expending a spell slot. You draw on the powers of nature to hide yourself from view briefly. As a bonus action, you can magically become invisible, along with any equipment you are wearing or carrying, until the start of your next turn. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. \columnbreak ### Ranger Companion Options (TCoE) *3rd-level Beast Master feature (enhances Ranger’s Companion)*
You magically summon a primal beast, which draws strength from your bond with nature. The beast is friendly to you and your companions and obeys your commands. Choose its [stat block](https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/tcoe/ranger#PrimalCompanion)—Beast of the Land, Beast of the Sea, or Beast of the Sky—which uses your proficiency bonus (PB) in several places. You also determine the kind of animal the beast is, choosing a kind appropriate for the stat block. Whatever kind you choose, the beast bears primal markings, indicating its mystical origin. In combat, the beast acts during your turn. It can move and use its reaction on its own, but the only action it takes is the Dodge action, unless you take a bonus action on your turn to command it to take another action. That action can be one in its stat block or some other action. You can also sacrifice one of your attacks when you take the Attack action to command the beast to take the Attack action. If you are incapacitated, the beast can take any action of its choice, not just Dodge. If the beast has died within the last hour, you can use your action to touch it and expend a spell slot of 1st level or higher. The beast returns to life after 1 minute with all its hit points restored. When you finish a long rest, you can summon a different primal beast. The new beast appears in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you, and you choose its stat block and appearance. If you already have a beast from this feature, it vanishes when the new beast appears. The beast also vanishes if you die. \pagebreak ## Rogue
### Steady Aim (TCoE) *2nd-level rogue feature (enhances Cunning Action)*

For the duration, the weapon is considered magical for the purpose of overcoming immunity and resistance to nonmagical attacks. ##### Sorcerous Fortitude As an action, you can spend any number of sorcery points to roll a d4 for each point expended. Replace one cantrip you learned from this class’s Spellcasting feature with another cantrip from the sorcerer spell list. ### Magical Guidance (TCoE) *5th-level sorcerer feature*
You can tap into your inner wellspring of magic to try to conjure success from failure. When you make an ability check that fails, you can spend 1 sorcery point to reroll the d20, and you must use the new roll, potentially turning the failure into a success. \pagebreak ## Warlock

If this change makes you ineligible for any of your Eldritch Invocations, you must also replace them now, choosing invocations for which you qualify. \pagebreak ## Wizard
