The Vanguard is a Martial Archetype that can be chosen by Fighters at level 3.

Jack of All Blades

Starting when you choose this Archetype at 3rd level, you can excel with any weapon. You can increase one damage die of a single weapon by one step, unless this would cause it to have a maximum result higher than 12. Additionally, all weapons have the Finesse property if they lack the heavy property.

Deadly Accuracy

Also at 3rd level, you score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20. At 15th level, this range increases to include 18 as well.

Bold Leader

Starting at 7th level, you can no longer be subject to the Frightened condition, and the confidence taught by your fighting style seeps into your social interactions. You also add a bonus equal to either your Strength or Dexterity modifier to Charisma checks.

Weapon Master

At 10th level, you gain

Defiance

At 15th level, you become a nigh unstoppable force. You become proficient in all saving throws, including Death Saves.

Survivor

At 18th level, you attain the pinnacle of resilience in battle. At the start of each of your turns, you regain hit points equal to 5 + your Constitution modifier if you have no more than half of your hit points left. You don't gain this benefit if you have 0 hit points.
