In ancient times, there were five blades, called Dragonblades. Each was made by an Ancient Metallic Dragon, for their order of knights. The Silver Dragonblade was forged in times long past by Argynvost of the Order of the Silver Dragon. With a hilt sculpted to resemble silver dragon wings, the pommel of this greatsword is shaped like Argyvost's head with a black opal clutched between his teeth.

The Silver Dragonblade is a magical greatsword that grants a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it, as well as the following features:

• As an action, you an cast the cone of cold (Spell Save DC 18) spell from the sword. This renews once every 3 days at dawn.

• While attuned to the sword, you have advantage on Charisma skill checks when interacting with Silver dragons.

• When you hit a fiend or undead with the sword, that creature takes an extra 2d10 radiant damage.

• While you hold the drawn sword, it creates an aura in a 10 foot radius around you. You and all creatures friendly to you in the aura have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. If you have 17 or more levels in the paladin class, the radius of the aura increases to 30 feet.
