Exposed

While a being is exposed, any being that confirms a critical hit against them treats the critical damage multiplier of their weapon as though it were increased by one step. For example, if a being that is wielding a warhammer confirms a critical hit against a being that is exposed, the amount of damage that is dealt by their attack is multiplied by x4 (instead of x3).
