Blood Barrage

While you are within the area of effect of a sanguine fountain, you can spend a full round action (which provokes attacks of opportunity) in order to gather blood from the tide that flows around you and launch it as a projectile; you must make an attack roll (1d20 + 14) against a being that is no more than 300 ft. away from you but no less than 30 ft. away from you. If your attack is successful, the target of your attack takes 5 points of damage for every 5 ft. of distance between your location and their location.
