Scarlet Upgrade: Transmute Blood to Acid

Prerequisite(s): 18th level sanguine sorcerer, able to cast Transmute Blood to Acid
Benefit(s): Apply the following modification(s) to your Transmute Blood to Acid spell:
1) Transmute Blood to Acid is renamed to "Exsanguinate".
2) Exsanguinate is treated as a Scarlet Spell.
3) "School: transmutation [acid, pain]" becomes "School: necromancy [blood]".
4) "Components: V, S, M (a wax doll and a vial of acid worth 10 gp)" becomes "Components: V, S, F (a dagger)".
5) "Target: one living creature" becomes "Target: one being".
6) "Duration: concentration (maximum 1 round/5 levels)" becomes "Duration: instantaneous".
7) "Saving Throw: Fortitude half" becomes "Saving Throw: none".
8) "Spell Resistance: yes" becomes "Spell Resistance: no".
9) The effect of Exsanguinate becomes: "You cause the target of Exsanguinate to begin to bleed for 100 points of damage each round. This effect persists until they die, unless it is ended prematurely via a Heal check with a DC of 30 or via the application of an effect that restores hitpoints."
