### Haemorrhage Normally, [bleed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#TOC-Bleed) effects do not stack, i.e., if a being is afflicted by multiple [bleed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#TOC-Bleed) effects, they will only suffer the damage that is inflicted by the most powerful [bleed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#TOC-Bleed) effect that afflicts them. However, while a being is affected by Haemorrhage, this restriction is removed, i.e. they will suffer the damage that is inflicted by every [bleed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#TOC-Bleed) effect that afflicts them.

Normally, beings that lack blood (such as [constructs](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/constructs/)) are immune to [bleed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#TOC-Bleed) damage. However, while a being is affected by Haemorrhage, their immunity to [bleed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#TOC-Bleed) damage (if any) is nullified and they are able to take [bleed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#TOC-Bleed) damage as normal; although their bodies still lack blood, the [bleed](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions/#TOC-Bleed) damage that they take is representative of the essence that sustains them being drained away.
Normally, beings that lack blood (such as [constructs](https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/constructs/)) are immune to the effects of spells that involve manipulating the blood that is within a being's body (such as the [Sanguine Puppet](https://www.gmbinder.com/share/-M-AwwUBjnbiTP9bQGzi) spell). However, while a being is affected by Haemorrhage, they are treated as though they had blood flowing through their body for the purpose of determining whether they can be affected by such spells.
