Special: While the target of Sanguine Muzzle is afflicted by multiple bleed effects, they are also subject to the following effect:
Whenever they cast a spell that has a verbal component, they must roll a d12; if the result of their roll is less than [x], their throat becomes filled with a mixture of blood and bile, in which case they fail to cast that spell.
