Feat - Versatile Mastery
Requires proficiency with a versatile weapon
While wielding a versatile weapon that you are proficient with, with one hand, you can apply the following effect.
- When you take the Attack action, you can use a bonus action to make a melee attack with the opposite end of the weapon. This attack uses the same ability modifier as the primary attack. This attack deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage.
When wielding the weapon with 2 hands, The weapon gains the following properties on the first attack in a round. The target makes a Con Save DC 8+the attack modifier to avoid the following effect. The effect is applied automatically on a critical hit. The weapon's damage type determines the property it receives.
-
Slashing weapons can tear through defenses or otherwise leave a target more vulnerable. The target's AC is lowered by 2 until the end of its next turn. This effect does not stack
-
Bludgeoning weapons can hit with a singularly bone-shaking blow, stunning the target. The target becomes Stunned until the end of its next turn.
-
Piercing weapons can inflict gaping wounds and cause profuse bleeding. The target loses an extra 1 hp at the start of its turns. To stop the excessive bleeding, the Medicine check DC is raised to 15. Objects, Constructs, Undead, and Elementals are immune to this effect.
