Prerequisite(s): Con 15, Str 15, Light Armor Proficiency, Medium Armor Proficiency, Heavy Armor Proficiency
Benefit(s): While you are wearing armor, you disregard the penalty to your movement speed that is caused by the armor's encumbrance (if any). Additionally, you are treated as though you are wearing no armor for the purpose of determining whether you gain the benefit(s) of any feat/spell/etc. whose effect would normally be disabled while you are wearing armor (such as the Fleet feat).
