Oath of the Executioner
Tenets of Execution
Responsibility. I am not the judge or jury, and the weight of guilt shall not fall on my shoulders. I am but a man with a simple job. To extinguish the life of another, to await that judgement elsewhere.
Duty. I cannot refuse a request to take a life, on the honor of my vocation I must accept any contract for execution that comes my way. Such contracts must be offered by a noble, guildmaster, judge, priest, or god.
Restraint. I must not haggle over my payment. Blood money is not money to lust for.
Transparency. Any Execution I undertake must be public, and in plain view of at least one witness.

Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Guillotine. As part of a melee weapon attack, you imbue your weapon with decapitating power of a guillotine. For this attack roll, you score a critical hit on a 19 or 20, removing the head of your target if you do so. The creature dies if it can't survive without the lost head. A creature is immune to this effect if it is immune to slashing damagem doesn't have or need a head, has legendary actions, or the DM decides that the creature is too big for its head to be cut off with your weapon. Such a creature instead takes an additional 6d8 slashing damage from the hit.
Summary Execution. Sometimes there are those who deserve no recourse. As an action, you call out a divine word of judgement that sentences a creature to death. At the start of that creatures' turn, it must succeed on a charisma saving throw. On a failure, it takes 5d8 radiant damage or half as much on a success. If this damage kills the creature, any other creatures within 20 feet that were friendly to it must succeed on a constitution saving throw or become blinded until the start of their next turn.
Aura of Sentence
At 7th level, friendly creatures within 10 feet of you gain a +1 magical bonus to their weapon attacks against hostile creatures.
Capital Punishment
At 15th level, your contracts become more closely bonded to your soul. After you have taken a contract to execute a creature by way of your Oath tenets, you always know which compass direction they are from you, as well as which plane of existence they are on. Additionally, on your first turn in combat, you can choose a creature that has not yet taken a turn and force it to make a wisdom saving throw. On a failure, it is afraid of you, as the fear spell.
