Sanguine Aegis
Whenever a being (excluding yourself) takes damage from a bleed effect that you had inflicted upon them, you gain a stack of Bloodlust.
Whenever a being that is adjacent to you is struck by an attack/spell/etc. that deals hitpoint damage, you can spend an immediate action in order to envelop them within a cocoon of blood, in which case the amount of damage that is dealt by that attack/spell/etc. is reduced by [a]% (rounded up).

Sanguine Vitality
