Quietly focusing, you generate a pool of mystic power.  You gain 2 arcane ki points.  You lose any remaining arcane ki points you have when you finish a long rest. You can expend arcane ki points in one of three ways.

**Acceleration**

You can spend 1 arcane ki point to take the Disengage or Dash action as a bonus action on your turn, and your jump distance is doubled for the turn. However, you cannot do so and cast a non-cantrip spell on the same turn.

**Assault**

Immediately after you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend arcane 1 ki point to make two unarmed strikes as a bonus action.

**Defense**

You can spend 2 arcane ki points to take the Dodge action as a bonus action on your turn.  However, you cannot do so and cast a non-cantrip spell on the same turn.

**At Higher Levels:** When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you gain an additional arcane ki point for each slot level above 1st.
