The third fist

At 3rd level You can cast the mage hand cantrip when you cast it using this feature, it is known as your Third Fist and it gains the following benefits

  • On your first turn of combat you can cast mage hand as part of the attack action.
  • Your Third Fist’s movement is increased by the monk unarmored movement table (at 3rd level your Third Fist can move 40 feet at 6th level its speed is 45)
  • On your turn you can move your Third Fist with no action required
  • Your Third Fist instead vanishes if it is more than 100 feet away, this increases to 120 at level 14.

Flurry of Fists

At 3rd level When you take the attack action with an unarmed strike or a monk weapon you can make a spell attack with your Third Fist as a bonus action its damage die is a d4 it. This die changes as you gain monk levels, as shown in the Martial Arts column of the Monk table.You are proficient with it, and you add your wisdom modifier to its attack and damage rolls.Your Third Fist has a reach of 5 feet. These strikes deal Bludgeoning damage. When you take the Attack action on your turn you can spend 1 ki point to attack twice with your Third Fist as a bonus action

Handy Helper

At 6th level your training allows you to extend your capabilities to your third fist.

  • You can use your reaction to make an opportunity attack with your third fist when a creature within 5 feet of your Third Fist moves out of its range
  • If a projectile from a ranged weapon attack would pass within 5 feet of your Third Fist you can use your reaction to have your Third Fist use the deflect missiles feature
  • If your Third Fist is within 5 feet of you can use your reaction to interpose the hand between a melee weapon attack When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 1d10 + your Dexterity modifier + your monk level. After this reaction is used your Third Fist vanishes.

Huge Hand

At 11th level You can cast Bigby’s Hand as an action by spending 6 ki points with wisdom as your spell modifier

Frame of mind

At 17th level once per a long rest you can enter a heightened state of mind for 1 minute while in this state of mind you gain the following features

  • When you move Bigby's hand as a bonus action, you can spend one ki point and use two diffrent effects
  • When you take the attack action you can use your third fist to make unarmed attacks. Attacks made using your third fist use your wisdom modifier in place of strength or dexterity, when using your third fist to make an unarmed strike you can not use stunning strike.
  • If a creature is hit by your third fist and Bigby's hand in the same turn you can make one attack against the creature
