Keen Smell. The emissary has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Magic Resistance. The emissary has advantage on saving throws it makes against spells and magical effects.
Pounce. If the emissary moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a melee weapon attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Running Leap. With a 10-foot running start, the emissary can long jump up to 25 feet.
Trample. If the emissary reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a melee weapon attack, it can choose one creature within 5 feet of the target. If the attack roll would hit that creature, it takes any of the attack's leftover damage.
Bestow. As an action, the emissary can bestow itself onto a creature it touches, transforming into a spirit that occupies that creature's body. While the emissary is bestowed, it cannot take actions, but it can communicate telepathically with the bestowed creature. During this time, the bestowed creature gains the emissary's Keen Smell, Pounce, Running Leap and Trample features, as well as its damage resistances and its Strength score (unless this would lower it). The bestowed creature can use its action to take any of the emissary's actions, using its own ability scores and proficiency bonus. The bestowing ends if the emissary chooses to end it (no action required), if it is ended by any effect that ends a celestial possessing a creature, such as Dispel Evil/Good, or if the bestowed creature dies. When the bestowing ends, the emissary reappears in the unoccupied space closest to the bestowed creature.
